Approve an MCP OAuth authorization request

Approves an MCP OAuth authorization request. Include authRequestId to identify the request, and supply projectId when the approval is associated with a project.

  • IdempotentThe SDK sends Idempotency-Key, so a retried request is only applied once.

Error handling
